Plan, underwrite, finance and build solar projects in one place.

Planning, underwriting, financing and construction all run on the same project record. Developers, installers, distributors, homeowners, fund managers and investors each see their part of it, and a number is entered once.

Illustrative example. Not a real project, account or offer.

Each new project adds bookkeeping, even when revenue stays flat.

Every SPE keeps its own books, so the bookkeeping bill grows with the number of projects. Most sponsors cover it with a fractional CFO and a spreadsheet, then spend days pulling records together when a lender asks.

The fund administrator keeps the books but never sees the project. In Nuentero, the fund's books and the project's work orders are the same records.

Sales CRMs stop tracking a project once financing is approved. Nuentero keeps tracking the money after that.

Running in Colombia and the United States.

Colombia was the first market, with peso revenue, dollar investors and books kept in both currencies. US projects run on the same system in dollars.

Important information

Nothing on this page is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Interests in any fund are offered only to accredited investors, only through definitive offering documents, and only in jurisdictions where such an offer is lawful.

Nuentero Inc. is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary, and does not provide investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. Nuentero provides administration, reporting, and technology to funds managed by independent sponsors. Those sponsors manage the funds and make the investment decisions.

Investing in private funds involves risk, including loss of the entire amount invested. Interests are illiquid, have no public market, and may not be transferable. Solar assets depend on offtaker performance, grid interconnection, regulation, equipment, and weather.

Fund assets generate revenue in Colombian pesos while capital is subscribed and reported in US dollars. Currency movement can reduce or eliminate returns independent of how the assets perform.

Any projection, target, or model shown here or in fund materials is an estimate, not a promise. Actual results will differ. Past performance of any fund, asset, or sponsor does not indicate future results, and Nuentero makes no representation or warranty regarding investment returns.

Information on this page may include data from sponsors, offtakers, and other third parties that Nuentero has not independently verified, and may change without notice.
